The 2023 Healthy Soil Summit will be held August 23-24 in Seaside, California, near Monterey Bay.

The venue will be the Embassy Suites by Hilton Monterey Bay Seaside hotel  at 1441 Canyon Del Rey, Seaside, CA 93955. Follow this link for a special booking rate available for Healthy Soil Summit attendees at the hotel.

Registration is required for all event activities. Your name badge is your pass to the event and you pit it up on site. Badges will not be mailed.

If there is space available, you can register on site. Space is limited so pre-registering is the best way to ensure your attendance.

Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) are at times available for attending the event. This will vary per year. Look for the CEU sheet at the registration desk or ask the Acres U.S.A. events team for more information.

Yes. An event name badge is required for entrance to the exhibitor space. There are no trade show-only badges.

Yes. Acres USA is bringing a select number of soil-related titles that can be purchased at the conference. The on-site bookstore accepts cash, checks and all major credit cards.

Farm Tour participants will get a box lunch. Since the event starts in the afternoon on Day One, non-tour attendees will be on their own for lunch. Lunch will be provided to all event attendees on Day Two.

Sorry, no refunds. Healthy Soil Summit cancellations received through Monday, July 24, 2023, are entitled to an 80% credit to be applied to Acres U.S.A. subscriptions, books, DVDs, audio CDs or future conference fees.

You can transfer your registration before August 14, 2023, by calling Hannah Fields at the Acres U.S.A. office at 1-800-355-5313 or by emailing events@acresusa.com. After August 14, 2023, the transfer will be made on-site at the event. Have that person claim your registration on-site and we’ll make a new name badge there.
